Returns
Unused, non-customized physical products may be returned within 7 days of receiving or picking up the product. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Customized and Personalized Products
Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or specially prepared products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds
